[10:12] Treasure Ballinger: I was thrilled to learn, back in 2007, that the SLBA existed.  I think people like knowing we're here, even if they aren't active with us.   We might consider downsizing, to a large parcel, instead of a full sim, it would take some of the pressur e off.  seriously you guys probably don't need offices in SL....  as for presentations, yeah that's a problem not sure how to approach that one.  You'd think a presentation about SL copyright would have been huge.

[10:14] Faye Blackheart: I did not spin in like a CLE, I advertised to peak the interest of content creators concerned about copyright law
[10:14] Sam Courtois. Esq. (sam4.courtois): Many of our presentations are not well attended, if at all.

[10:15] Jerkwad Borkotron: Maybe you could get a linden for a legal Q & A I know that's easier said than done but if asked nicely LL might agree to it

[10:17] Jerkwad Borkotron: I'm very good friends with Starr so that shouldn't be too hard to pull off they will be happy to host us on their land
[10:17] Treasure Ballinger: Maybe one presentation quarterly?  Take some of the pressure off, to present, present, present all the time?
[10:17] Legal Writer: There is an aspect of lawyers learning about practice, but also we hoped to educate the SL community as well.

[10:17] Elizabeth (elizabethesq): I think we should. Perhaps we should just begin to advertise a lot more, and maybe, we can combine more than one topic/talk into a presentation and have a theme instead of trying to do one a month.

[10:26] Jerkwad Borkotron: Right and you can't count on other venues being there SL evolves so fast MOMs has beaten the odds by being there for one year.  Venues don't make money if Starr decides to not pay for it anymore then MOMs will be gone
