[2018/02/10 10:09] Faye Blackheart: So to pick up where we left off last time, as you may recall the reason we moved here was so that we could continue to have our SLBA offices and headquarters. We were paying 41,000L per month for the old region. I am happy to report that we are now paying 1,600L a week here (based on 1L per prim), for a total of 6,400L per month... so quite the savings

[2018/02/10 10:10] Faye Blackheart: we currently have 144,945L in the SLBA Clarity account, so that about 22 months of tier if we don't have any further income
[2018/02/10 10:11] Elizabeth (elizabethesq): but thankfully we do have more coming in because dues are due in June.
[2018/02/10 10:11] Faye Blackheart: Because renters are paying directly for their office space, the only income the SLBA will have is from dues and donations...so I do think we need to shift our focus to hosting events and raising money so we can continue to sustain ourselves. Although, thankfully, there is little urgency on that end, just something we should keep in mind

[2018/02/10 10:41] Faye Blackheart: in case anyone hadn't noticed, the rentals are 2 story.... so if anyone would like to utilize the second floor, I can install a teleporter button, which will make it easy to get from one floor to the other (as most do not have stairs).

[2018/02/10 10:42] Faye Blackheart: they are 1L per prim rentals, and can be set to however many prims are needed...so if you only need 20 prims, I can set it to 20L per week...just gotta let me know :)
