[10:12] Rhiannon Chatnoir: I organize the NonProfit Commons in SL community, and would love to have someone from SLBA present on a nonprofit focused legal topic

[10:14] Rhiannon Chatnoir: well Nonprofit Commons is a community at large for both RL 501c3 nonprofits and other social good orgs
[10:14] Rhiannon Chatnoir: we are akin to you in that we have community office space, hold regular meetings, have presentations, etc
[10:14] Rhiannon Chatnoir: just a community of practice for nonprofits
[10:14] Faye Blackheart: Do you have a LM? I'd love to see it
[10:15] Rhiannon Chatnoir: sure, let me grab one
[10:15] (You): let me know if there is a particular topic that you think might be of interest to your members and we can work on lining up a speaker
[10:15] Rhiannon Chatnoir: So in that sense, I think knowing there might be memebers that do offer probono services to nonprofits would be great

[10:19] Rhiannon Chatnoir: in 2010 it was in Boston, in 2011 it was in Oakland

[10:19] Rhiannon Chatnoir: we have done virtual events after that, we are organizing the OpenSimulator Conference in November
[10:20] Agenda Faromet: ....Would people be interested in a presentation on legal issues of non-profits?

[10:21] Rhiannon Chatnoir: if it helps, at our weekly meetings we get between 20 and 35 people weekly, so that is a base to start from

[10:21] Faith (faith.fromund): Do you have website or Youtube video where the recordings of previous presentations are stored so that when we can't attend we can view them online?
[10:21] Agenda Faromet: I do a lot of work with non-profits, and I have a colleague whose firm is entirely non-profits. I can reach out to her about speaking.
