10:08:26] Agenda Faromet: Tim just mailed me about doing the fair use / copyright presentation again for 2014. I think that would be a really interesting presentation to reprise, especially after Cariou and Google Books.
[10:11:57] Agenda Faromet: I might be -- I've got a whole lot going on in April, so I might be brain-fried in March, but since the lion's share of the work on that has already been done, I think we can do it.

[10:26:11] Elizabeth (elizabethesq): The difference in RL is that you tend to know they are in your jurisdiction there. It's not a problem as long as you aren't giving pro bono advice to a person out of your jurisdiction that isn't correct in their jurisdiction. NY is a big stickler about it.

[10:35:48] Ellen Ireland: If I can be made an admin for either of the existing SLBA pages, I could work on making it more active.  I see that I had already "liked" both, but nothing ever happens at either :-)
