Virtual Resident Reputation Management:



1. Establish an SL Group whose purpose is to serve as the basis of a "resident reputation management" system

   a. the group would be based on the precept that certain residents wish to conduct their SL amidst a modicum of law and order

   b. thus, to maintain membership in the group, a resident would voluntarily agree to abide by a standardized legal code
