- I am a lawyer, licensed in Oklahoma, Minnesota and Missouri. I am married with two adult children. Bachelor of Arts (International Politics) at University of Minnesota 1976. Juris Doctor at University of Tulsa (Am Jur in Evidence) in 1979. I am engaged in the private practice of law as a solo practioner. Current VP Fianace for SL Bar Association.
