Virtual Resident Reputation Management

I recently posted a few thoughts on establishing an SL group for reputation management to my blog and am interested in comments of its feasibility to implement. I think something like this would be a way to bridge the RL and SL legal worlds and could improve the quality of interactions in-world. I am not aware of any other efforts in this direction but would also be interested in hearing if something like this has a likelihood for success.
